Welder provides a platform that integrates Shopify operations into Slack. The service allows users to view, manage, and execute operations related to their Shopify store directly from designated Slack channels.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials used to access Welder. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Third-Party Services

Our service heavily relies on third-party integrations, specifically Shopify and Slack. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party platforms. Any interruption of service from our partners may impact your use of Welder.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Welder and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Welder.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Welder, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
