We're hiring a Customer Support Specialist to help Shopify teams move faster and feel supported every day.

Customer Support Specialist

You'll be the first line of support for merchants using Welder. You'll troubleshoot issues, answer product questions, and partner with engineering to improve the experience across Slack and Shopify workflows.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to merchant support requests clearly and quickly.
  • Reproduce and document bugs for the product team.
  • Create help docs and short how-to walkthroughs for common issues.
  • Own follow-through so merchants always know what's happening next.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong written communication and calm problem-solving.
  • Experience in customer support, operations, or account management.
  • Comfort with modern SaaS tools and async collaboration.
  • Bonus: familiarity with Shopify, Slack, or ecommerce operations.
